Extensions.
Substantial double extension creating a four bedroom property with open plan kitchen and living area...
To create the living space required by the client the extension was required to be of a considerable size, doubling the size of the existing property. The extension included an ultra modern/contemporary kitchen, full redevelopment of extensive hall/utility area and ground floor wet room.
The first floor included a large family bathroom with underfloor heating, finished using travertine giving it the 'hotel look'. A large master bedroom with balcony, French double doors and vaulted ceiling, plus a smaller double bedroom completed the build.
This project also included the introduction of a fully integrated filter system to manage the water supplied to this property from the existing well, and the complete landscaping of extensive gardens, including main paved terrace and BBQ area covered by a traditionally constructed oak building.
Barn Conversions.
Conversion of stone stables to three bedroom cottage with handmade oak staircase and luxury kitchen.
We believe the original building to be 17th Century, internally it contained a wealth of original oak beams that we stripped back to bare wood. In the main living area we exposed the oak rafters and created a full height room with great light from the purpose made French doors.
New Build.
Detached double garage and work shop with office and games room above.
This project was designed to provide a home for the clients beloved Morgan classic car! The site provided many challenges due mainly to the close proximity of neighbouring properties, the narrow access route and it was located in a conservation area so attention to detail was key when providing samples of flint paneling and brickwork.
Internally the workshop and garage floor area have been power floated and painted, the lighting and electrics were upgraded making this a great space to work in.
Listed Builds.
Creation of circular build extension with conical roof, internal exposed new oak rafters and hanging post detail. Joining grade II listed farm house to existing detached studio.
This Grade II listed farm house required extended space in the kitchen area, for which the design for the build gained inspiration from the neighbouring Oast Houses. Traditional material were used such as the lead roof covering with roll details, bricks and tiles approved by the conservation team at Hampshire County Council.
Internally the Spanish tile flooring benefited from underfloor heating and the vaulted roof space with exposed oak illuminated by minimalist lighting created a superb dinning room. York stone crazy paving and traditional stone walling were included in the finished landscaping.
Alteration, Extend, Refurbish.
Extension to property creating a kitchen/utility area, integral double garage complete refurbishment and substantial alteration of existing building. Terracing and drive were also provided.
Major internal alterations and structural steels were required to fulfill this project to give it the required open plan feel requested by the client. The high quality kitchen included marble work tops, tiled floors with underfloor heating and bi-fold doors.
The highest quality oak flooring was introduced to the ground floor complimenting the oak staircase leading to the first floor landing. All rooms on the first floor were re-designed, re-plastered and re-decorated to exacting standards. All bedrooms were en-suite, luxury shower rooms making this a truly superb family home.

Grand extension and landscape project that included flemish brickwork and terracing in sandstone.
This project was the final part of an extensive refurbishment of an existing property. The main ground floor area comprises a large entertaining area with black aluminium bi-fold doors leading out to the main paved walkway which is illuminated in the evening with subtle wall lighting.
The ground floor room was connected to the existing substantial kitchen via a knock-through that together makes a spectacular addition to the property. The first floor of the extension boasts a main suite with inspiring vaulted ceilings and plentiful light from the french doors overlooking the stunning new terrace and lawn area.
